How much is delivery?
Delivery of our Garden Furniture is FREE to mainland England & Wales. We can now deliver to Northern Ireland (£100 surcharge per set and may take longer than 10 days) Scotland (call or email for extra delivery cost) Isle of Wight (£50 surcharge per set and may take longer than 10 days) If you have booked a delivery and then fail to be at home there will be a charge of £59.00 for the failed delivery due to the fact we will be charged by the courier and items are unable to be left without a signature. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase other than a fault then you would need to return the goods at your own cost or we can arrange a collection but there is a cost of £80.00. How does delivery work?
Delivery is a curb side drop by pallet. This means the items will not be taken onto your property and you will be responsible for disposing of all packaging including a wooden pallet. You will be given a date for the delivery but this is an all day appointment between 8am and 8pm. You should however receive a call around 30 minutes before on the day of delivery.

When will my delivery be?
All delivery timescales are correct in the product description for each item. So whatever is quoted on the website when you order will be your delivery timescale.

Can I book a delivery slot?
All deliveries are on an all day appointment so we cannot give specific time slots for your delivery day.

Is my set weatherproof?

Yes, you can leave the set outside all year round, and the frame has been UV protected so it won’t fade in the sun. We advise to bring the cushions in or have somewhere dry to store them as they only have a slight showerproof on them.

Do you sell covers for the sets?
Due to the sets being completely weatherproof apart from the cushions we do not sell covers as you don’t need them for the sets.

Will my set fade in the sun?
All the sets have been UV protected so they will not fade in the sun.

Are the cushions waterproof?
No, the cushions have a slight showerproof, but they are not waterproof.

What is the warranty on the set?
You will get a 5 year’s manufacturer warranty on the frame of your set, but this doesn’t cover the cushions. You will need to have a copy of your invoice with the invoice number on as your proof of purchase should you need to contact us about your warranty.

What if I want to cancel my order and haven’t received my set yet?
We would need you to email us on info@oasishomeandgarden.co.uk with your invoice number, name on the order and full delivery address and we will be able to get back to you to cancel your order, if your order has already been despatched then there would be the return fee to be paid.

What happens if I want to change the model I have ordered?
As long as your item hasn’t been dispatched, we would need you to email us on info@oasishomeandgarden.co.uk with your invoice number, name on the order and full delivery address and we will be able to get back to you to change your order for a different set.

What if I change my mind and want to return my set after I have had it delivered?
If you want to return your set it will need to be in an unused condition in the original packaging it arrived in. You will need to email us on info@oasishomeandgarden.co.uk with your invoice number, name on the order and full delivery address and we will be able to get back to you to arrange a collection of your set. You will receive a refund as long it is unused in original packaging, minus your delivery fee, and a collection fee within 14 days of us receiving your set back.

What happens if my set is damaged upon delivery?
You need let us know within 48 hours of receiving your set if this is the case. You will need to email us on info@oasishomeandgarden.co.uk with your invoice number, name on the order and full delivery address, and with photos of the damage and photos of the section damaged as a whole. Please keep the original packaging for this section of the set and we will then organise a replacement of this section of your set. Glass is not covered after the 48 hour period.

What happens if my item has missing cushions?

We often are notified of cushions missing and 9 times out of 10 the cushions are up underneath the support bars of the furniture and they are hard to see when unpackaging. If you have thoroughly checked the item over we just need pictures of the underside of each section of furniture. We understand this is inconvenient but providing us with this ensures we can get the replacement from our supplier and get the cushion out to you as soon as possible! 

What is my invoice for?
This is your receipt and proof of purchase, should you ever need to claim on your warranty (Although this probably won’t happen 😊) We have a manual system and will only be able to find your order from your invoice number.

Can I buy just a table/chair/sofa on it’s own?
We do not sell parts of the set on their own, they only come as a whole set as you see it in the photo.

Can I buy replacement cushions or glass?
We do not sell replacement cushions or glass for the sets.
